Greenland Ice-Melt Accelerates

Greenland's northwest coast is starting to melt, as Greenland glaciers accelerate into the ocean. Whilst no-one suspects Greenland's ice will melt altogether, if it did, sea levels would rise by some 21 feet.

Although not every scientist worldwide may look at global warming in the same way, they do overwhelmingly agree that the Earth’s atmosphere is getting warmer.
